Paul Burridge, Managing Director

Paul is the founder of the Teamsters business and has striven to transform the company from its infancy to the position it now enjoys as a leading edge 21st century storage and logistics business. His cherished background from a family-run road haulage company has stood him in good stead to maintain a firm “feet on the ground” approach to the Teamsters business and its customers.

When time permits Paul may be glimpsed enjoying his passion for classic motor cars.

Guy Burridge, Operations Director

As the second member of the Burridge family to join the business in 1996 Guy has brought a wealth of haulage industry expertise to Teamsters. Having been in transport for many years previously, predominantly in specialized haulage operations he is ably qualified to deal with the challenges of modern logistics management.

A keen family man, Guy gets away from the business occasionally to pursue his love of flying.

Keith Jeffrey, Warehouse Manager

From a background in the parcel delivery sector, Keith now spearheads Teamsters’ operational fulfilment services. His proven track record in such a hectic environment provides the confidence that our customers have come to expect.

Not surprisingly, for relaxation away from his busy work and family life Keith enjoys a spot of Angling.

Lee Hector, Company Accountant

For the past three years since joining Teamsters, Lee has given the business the benefit of his astute foresight for changing economic trends. The financial strength, confidence and stability that his considerable expertise has engendered into the company have benefited Teamsters’ balance and sustainability.

When Lee isn’t balancing Teamsters’ books he keeps a close eye on the budget of the newly acquired cottage that he is renovating.

Melly Cobban Operations Admin

Melly heads up our Administration Team managing our Delta WMS and EDI systems. A highly valued member of the team, together with her conscientious staff she deals with all inbound and outbound documentation maintenance including direct real time log-ins to the website.

Much used to keeping a tight rein on work matters Melly is also a keen equestrian.
